Training Centre

It is a great pleasure for us to present you the training course offer, as provided by the Techmex Training Centre – IT Education Centre.

Our offer is directed to those persons, whose intentions are to develop their skills in the sphere of applying modern IT solutions, to obtain the applicable certificates, and to broaden their knowledge, in general. Hereby, I invite individual persons to avail of the services provided at our centre, who will be offered an open-entry training course in accordance with a determined schedule; and I would like to welcome institutions which shall be offered a specially-tailored training course, following a detailed examination of the training needs of the personnel, that shall be unveiled to us by a pre-training audit.

We have started to organize training courses as early as 1989. Since the year 1993, we are in the possession of a title granted to us by the Authorized Microsoft Centre (Microsoft Certified Partner Learning Solution), and since 1998, we hold a recognition awarded by the Authorized Training Centre of Cisco Systems (Cisco Systems Learning Partner).
We are also an authorized Prometric Thomson Learning examination centre, and we organize training courses in the sphere of Novell and Citrix IT related solutions.

On top of that, our clients are being offered expert training courses of varied levels of difficulty, so as to suit their individual needs. Mobile Expert is one of these courses; it is geared to the users of PDA-type (Personal Digital Assistant) mobile devices, e.g. palmtops, and it serves to instruct the users of these devices on how to manage them effectively, and how to reap full benefits from using them in their individual working environment.

Moreover, since the year 2000, being a centre of adult education, we also organize training courses in the field of development of managerial and trading skills.

For the benefit of commercial personnel, we provide training courses which focus on the perfecting of techniques relating to the acquisition of new customers and on the preserving of favourable relations with the already existing clients. Such training course assists in the improvement of both, the quality of the provided services, and the efficiency of selling activity.
As far as the managers are concerned, our training courses in the fields of sales management and commercial staff management, tackle such topics as: team building and development, motivational skills, coaching,negotiations, all of which constitute fundamental competencies which should be developed by any manager striving for teamwork success.
